About the Role

Haynes are seeking an experienced Parts Interpreter in Mackay to join an ever growing team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in delivering top-tier customer service and ensuring clients receive the right parts at the right time - you'll help maintain the client's reputation for reliability, accuracy, and service excellence.

What's on offer:

Location: Paget, QLD
Roster:7:00am - 3:30pm
Pay Rate: $40.76 p/hr + penalties
Type: Casual
ASAP start!

Key Responsibilities:

Primarily support the workshop by sourcing parts to ensure timely and efficient execution of time-critical operations
Assisting to provide regular flow of inventory to ensure adequate and appropriate supply and guidelines are adhered to.
Provide Parts Interpreting services & support to Mackay Branch activities
Make phone contact with client base when requested to increase business and promote new product and improvements
Build relationships with customers to ensure ongoing business and use of genuine parts.
Monitor and keep informed of latest product developments and updates, using these to maximum advantage.

About You:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in a parts interpreting or related industry role
Completion or in the process of completing certificate in Parts Interpreting (desirable)
Basic knowledge of the principles of operation of internal combustion engines (essential) and automatic transmissions (preferred).
Undestanding or Knowledge of Hitachi products (desirable)
