About the Opportunity
Due to continued company growth and a strong project pipeline, we are seeking an Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager to join our Mackay team. This is an exciting opportunity to support the end-to-end delivery of construction projects while building your capability in a well-established client-side consultancy environment.

As the Assistant Project Manager/ Project Manager, you will:

Assist with consultant engagement and contractor appointment.
Support contract management and construction phase activities.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and help build strong client relationships.
Draft reports, briefs and other documentation for Senior Project Managers.
Assist with scoping of works and tender processes.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience as an Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager within a consulting or construction environment, along with a proactive mindset and a strong commitment to delivering quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications in, or current study toward, Project Management, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a consulting or construction environment.
Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with busy stakeholders.
An understanding of contract administration and project management processes.
Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
A collaborative approach and willingness to work closely with team members to deliver outcomes for clients.
