As the Executive Assistant to the Director, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the business. You will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, handling communications, assisting with projects, and providing outstanding administrative support while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.

- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Manage the Director's diary, appointments, and meetings
- Coordinate correspondence and communications
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal team members
- Assist with marketing, projects, and business initiatives
- Ensure the office operates efficiently and professionally
- Handle confidential information with discretion
