Warehouse Manager - Brisbane South
We’re recruiting an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead a fast-paced distribution site in Brisbane.
This is a hands-on leadership role where operational standards, team performance and safety sit squarely with you. This is not a caretaker role.
We’re looking for someone who runs a disciplined, structured warehouse and takes pride in accuracy, accountability and service delivery.
You’ll be managing inbound, dispatch, drivers, returns and inventory while building a team culture that is productive, safe and performance-focused.
What you’ll be responsible for
- Leading warehouse staff across receiving, dispatch and delivery
- Driving productivity, attendance and performance standards
- Ensuring accurate inbound processing and stock control
- On-time, error-free dispatch and freight coordination
- Oversight of drivers, fleet compliance and delivery standards
- Returns processing and warranty flow management
- Inventory accuracy and cycle count discipline
- Maintaining a clean, organised and audit-ready site
- WHS leadership, incident response and safety compliance
- Clear reporting on operational performance
