As Adbri continues to grow and evolve nationally, including through recent business acquisitions and expansion across our operations, we currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, customer-focused professional to join our supportive team as a Credit Controller.
Based at our office in Thebarton, this full-time permanent role will see you supporting a growing and diverse customer portfolio across the business. You will play a key role in the day-to-day management of debtor accounts, debt recovery activities, and reconciliation of COD accounts while contributing to the ongoing improvement and scalability of our credit processes.
Responsibilities

Protect and maximise revenue inflow through effective credit management and cash collection practices

Work closely with teams across the business to minimise customer default risk and maximise debt recovery outcomes

Support Credit Management by ensuring visibility of credit issues and escalating process or trading terms non-compliance

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing team efficiency

Maintain accurate customer data, including credit limit reviews and credit application compliance
What You Will Need To Succeed

Previous credit control experience within a high-volume collections environment

Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally

Well-developed problem-solving and analytical skills with strong attention to detail

Experience identifying and implementing improvements to accounts receivable processes and services
