The Role
As a Personal Trainer (Independent Contractor), you’ll work with an extensive member base eager for your expertise and guidance. We are seeking motivated, knowledgeable, and energetic Personal Trainers to join our team on an ongoing contractor basis. This is an incredible opportunity for you to leverage your skills and knowledge to teach safe and effective exercise, while building and sustaining your own client base. You’ll be supported every step of the way as you inspire members to reach their goals and lead healthier lifestyles.
Your key responsibilities include:

Delivering personalised training sessions that motivate and challenge members
- Creating a positive and engaging environment for clients to thrive
- Building strong relationships with members to foster a sense of community
- Proactively seeking opportunities to enhance member experiences

About You
You’re a dedicated fitness professional with a desire to inspire others. You bring:

Previous experience in Personal Training
- Passion and desire to learn and be successful
- Proven success in building and sustaining a client base
- Exceptional customer service and sales skills
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Flexibility and willingness to step outside the bounds of the role
- Passion for health, fitness, and inspiring people’s lives
- Have creativity, drive, and initiative
- Proactive, organised, and driven to achieve goals
- With high level of integrity
