About the Role

Food & Beverage Attendant | Victoria Point Tavern

Victoria Point Tavern is seeking energetic Food and Beverage Attendants to join our busy front-of-house team. Working across our bustling bar and bistro, you will deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our locals.

To apply, you must be 18 years or older, hold a current Queensland RSA, and have great availability to work a flexible roster across days, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Previous pub experience is highly regarded, but a vibrant personality and strong work ethic are essential. A day in the life of a F&B Attendant:

Be the face of the floor, connecting with guests and making sure every visit is a memorable one.
Share your passion for our products and recommend the perfect meal or drink to make a guest's day.
Deliver top-notch customer service and make every interaction fun and memorable.
From the first pour of the day to the final lock-up, you'll be on the front lines, making sure our standards are sky-high and the experience is one to remember.
Help the gaming and wagering team when needed and legally able

Inherent requirements:

This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock, kegs, and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

About you:

You’re a natural at making people feel welcome and have a knack for the little details.
You’re a team player who is motivated to create magic for both guests and teammates.
You have a current RSA certificate and flexible availability.
Some gaming experience or willingness to learn would also be an asset.
