At BRICKS 4 KIDZ we provide an extraordinary atmosphere for students to build unique creations and have loads of fun using LEGO® Bricks!

We are passionate about children's education and providing consistently awesome experiences for the kids who enjoy our creative programs.

We are currently recruiting for dynamic and motivated UNI or TAFE students, casual teachers, educators or out of school hours leaders who are passionate about their work to join our BRICKS 4 KIDZ team!

As a program facilitator you will be delivering programs and coordinating a small team whilst providing high quality fun workshops and programs for children aged between 5 and 12 years at various locations across the Gympie, Sunshine Coast and Brisbane Regions.

This role is a casual program facilitator position who will be responsible with leading our school holiday programs. We also offer ongoing casual work during the school term in our school incursion, after school programs and on weekends for our awesome BRICKS 4 KIDZ Birthday Parties.

We are looking for amazing workshop facilitators for locations in Gympie, Sunshine Coast, North Brisbane, Redlands and Logan.

This exciting role is responsible for:

Creating safe, supportive, stimulating and fun environments for kids participating in our programs
Building and maintaining strong relationships with team members, parents, children and the wider community and
Actively encourage and facilitate a healthy team environment

About you:

enjoy working with children ages 5-12 with knowledge and understanding of the needs of children in this age group and the ability to positively guide
be passionate about kids and education
be positive, nurturing, outgoing, dependable and mature
have excellent work ethic
be experienced leading small teams
have strong organisation and time management skills
have reliable transportation to transport the BRICKS 4 KIDZ equipment
Ideally have some experience teaching primary school aged children in a school or outside of hour care provider
