Full Job Description

Based in 4300 | Projects across Brisbane & Greater Brisbane (4000 region)
Salary: $108,680 per year + superannuation

RMA Rendering & Sealing is a growing and reputable company delivering high-quality rendering and finishing services across Brisbane. We take pride in our workmanship, reliability, and strong team culture. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Solid Plasterer / Renderer to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes and can work both independently and within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

Apply a wide range of rendering systems to various substrates with a high-quality finish
Prepare surfaces, including masking and protecting surrounding areas
Set angles, screed walls, float, and complete all rendering tasks to specification
Perform all aspects of rendering including base coats, texture coatings, and Venetian finishes
Lead and supervise a small team when required
Carry out painting of rendered surfaces as needed
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe worksite
Adhere to all workplace health and safety requirements

Skills & Experience

Minimum Certificate III in Solid Plastering(or equivalent)
At least 2 years of industry experience
Strong knowledge of various rendering materials and application techniques
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Leadership capability with the ability to both give and follow instructions
Comfortable working at heights

Requirements

White Card (Construction Induction)
Own tools and reliable transport
Strong work ethic – reliable, punctual, and honest

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday
6:30am – 2:30pm
Occasional weekend work may be required
Some overnight travel may be necessary depending on project location
