The Opportunity

We’re looking for someone hands-on, mechanically savvy, and self-motivated to join our team as a Stump Grinding Operator.

You don’t need previous stump grinding experience – we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your ability to:

Work confidently with machinery and tools.
Solve problems and take initiative when working independently.
Be safety-conscious and reliable.
Trusted to provide a professional and efficient service without onsite supervision.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For

A mechanical mindset – maybe you’ve worked with engines, tools, farm machinery, or construction gear.
The ability to work unsupervised and get the job done.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Hold a valid Driver’s licence and MR Licence (essential)
