- Hourly rate: $34.41–$37.54 (dependent on experience)
If you’re passionate about helping others learn, grow, and deliver exceptional care, this role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact every day. As our Training and Quality Coordinator, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality education programs for staff and volunteers at The Gracewood Centre in Kellyville.
You’ll coordinate training activities, support onboarding, monitor compliance, and help embed a strong culture of continuous improvement. Your organisational skills, creativity, and commitment to adult learning will directly enhance the care experience for our residents.
This is a 12‑month fixed term contract, working 30 hours per fortnight, with a strong view to permanency.

You’re someone who thrives on helping others succeed. You bring strong organisational skills, a passion for adult education, and the confidence to coordinate training activities with ease.
To be considered, you must have:
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) — essential
Certificate III in Individual Support, or equivalent
Strong understanding of adult learning principles
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
Ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver training across multiple formats
A commitment to WHS, quality, and continuous improvement
Desirable:
Certificate IV in Aged Care or experience as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse
Experience in residential or community aged care
Familiarity with computerised care systems
