Are You the Right Fit?
The successful candidate will be an experienced and motivated Sterilisation Technician with a Certificate III in Sterilisation Technology, ready to excel in a dynamic endoscopy service. This role suits an individual who demonstrates exceptional focus, consistency, and pride in maintaining strict infection control and WHS standards. Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a structured environment are essential. A dependable, proactive approach combined with the ability to work both independently and within a close-knit team will ensure success. Confidence with computer systems and a willingness to adapt to new workflows are important, along with a strong commitment to punctuality and professionalism. Flexibility to participate in a rotating Monday to Friday roster between 7am and 8pm supports the ongoing delivery of high-quality care.

Describe your experience working in a busy healthcare or sterilisation environment. How do you apply Infection Prevention and Control and WHS requirements while managing changing priorities and ensuring tasks are completed safely and accurately?
Provide an example of working under the supervision of a team leader or supervisor. How did you use effective communication to follow instructions, contribute to patient outcomes, and adapt to feedback or learn new tasks or systems (e.g. electronic tracking programs)?
