About Evaluate Health:

Evaluate Health is a premier medico-legal company dedicated to providing independent medical examinations and high-quality expert reporting. We operate a modern, fast-paced clinic in Liverpool and are seeking a professional, patient-focused Medical Receptionist to lead our front-desk operations.

The Opportunity:

This is a stable, full-time Monday-to-Friday role perfect for an experienced clinic administrator living in South Western Sydney who wants to escape the long city commute. You will be the face of our clinic, supporting local doctors, coordinating with legal stakeholders, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front Desk Excellence: Warmly greet patients, manage the check-in process, and guide patient flow through the clinic.

- Clinic Preparation: Daily opening of clinical systems, preparing doctor day sheets, and maintaining organized consulting rooms.

- Communication & Scheduling: Manage the 1300 landline, confirm next-day appointments via SMS/email, and handle enquiries from lawyers, insurers, and interpreters.

- Patient Records: Review intake/consent documentation, upload records confidentially, and manage soft/hard clinic inventory.

- Administration: Process patient invoicing, handle basic financial records, and liaise with internal file preparation teams.

What We Are Looking For:

- System Knowledge: Prior hands-on experience with Gentu or OPSA clinic management software is highly advantageous.

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Medical Receptionist, Clinic Administrator, or Medical Secretary in an Australian healthcare or specialist setting.

- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polished, professional telephone manner.

- Attributes: High attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills, and a reliable, calm approach to managing clinic timelines.
