- Psychologist: $83,898 – $118,316pa.
- Specialist Psychologist: $114,016 - $139,824pa
- Plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

What you’ll do
As a Psychologist or Specialist Psychologist, you will:
- Deliver psychological assessment and intervention for remand and custodial populations
- Advise on offender mental health and criminogenic risk, including violent and sexual offending
- Produce clear, concise reports and clinical documentation
- Accurately record case activity in OIMS
- Collaborate to drive behaviour change, risk reduction and safe community reintegration
- Attending professional development and networking opportunities including the annual CSNSW Psychology Conference
What we’re looking for
- Ethical, motivated psychologist
- Interest in offender and risk‑based practice
- Evidence‑based approach to mental health and behaviour
- Strong written and consultation skills
- Resilient, flexible, and effective with complex needs
Essential Requirements
- Minimum four-year accredited qualification in psychology
- Current full AHPRA registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
- Current driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout NSW.
