About the Role:
As a Pellet Press Operator, your duties may include:

Pellet press operation.

Assist in the safe and efficient operation of feed mill equipment and machinery.

Undertake batching, mixing, bagging, and loading activities.
-
Maintain quality standards to ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality animal nutrition products.

Follow and adhere to Feedsafe processes, procedures and reporting
-
Operate forklifts (training/licensing provided if required).

Complete routine cleaning, housekeeping, and basic maintenance tasks.

Support the production team to ensure daily manufacturing targets are met.

Contribute to a positive safety culture and uphold Norco’s Golden Safety Rules.

Assist with inventory, pest control and receival of inbound goods.
What We Are Looking For:
We would love to hear from you if you have:

Previous feed mill and pellet press operation experience.

A great attitude and willingness to learn.

The ability to perform physical tasks safely.

A team-focused mindset.

Good attention to detail and commitment to product quality.

A forklift licence (beneficial but not essential- we will help you get one).

Mechanical aptitude or previous experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or warehousing (highly regarded but not required).
