About this Position:
We are seeking a highly organised and customer-focused Finance Officer to provide essential financial and administrative support across the Finance Department. This role plays a key part in delivering efficient accounts receivable services, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that support organisational objectives

What we trust you to deliver:
- Deliver accurate and timely invoicing, debt collection, and accounts receivable services.
- Build positive relationships with customers and stakeholders through responsive and professional service.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity across debtor accounts and related registers.
- Identify and support improvements that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer outcomes.
What you will need to be successful:
- Experience in accounts receivable, finance administration, or a similar finance support role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, continuous improvement, and working collaboratively within a team.
- Computer literacy skills and high levels of accuracy with data entry.
- Certificate III in Business, Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience highly regarded.

Salary: A salary range from $1,353.60 (Grade 9 Entry) per week + superannuation
