We're looking for a detail-oriented Sales Data Entry Administrator to join our Lismore team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring customer orders are entered accurately and processed efficiently, helping our sales, production, and dispatch teams deliver an outstanding customer experience.

About the Role
As a Sales Data Entry Administrator, you'll be responsible for accurately processing customer orders, maintaining sales information, and supporting the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Working closely with sales, production, and customer service teams, you'll ensure orders are entered correctly and production schedules run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter customer orders into the company ERP system

Review orders to ensure pricing, quantities, specifications, and delivery details are correct

Process amendments and updates to customer orders

Liaise with the sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure orders are processed efficiently

Assist with preparing quotations and sales documentation

Respond to customer and internal enquiries regarding orders and delivery status

Maintain accurate customer and product records
-
Support the sales team with general administrative duties

Ensure a high level of accuracy while working to daily deadlines
About You

Previous experience in data entry, sales administration, customer service, or administration

Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

Experience using ERP systems such as Pronto is highly regarded

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Ability to prioritise tasks in a busy environment
