Looking for a rewarding nursing role that goes beyond the traditional clinical setting?
As a Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN), you'll work within identified local schools to support children, young people and families to improve their health, wellbeing and engagement in learning. You'll build strong relationships, provide early intervention, coordinate care, and help students and their families navigate the services and supports they need to thrive.
No two days are the same. From supporting students with their emotional wellbeing, to collaborating with schools, families and community services, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working autonomously as part of a highly skilled and supportive team.
Our WHIN nurses bring diverse backgrounds including paediatrics, mental health, child and family health nursing, and community health, creating a collaborative environment where professional growth and innovation are encouraged.
