$110,972-$119,506 salary package - includes base salary ($97,771-$105,29, plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role
As a Workplace Adjustment Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and administrating person-centred workplace adjustment services to support staff with a disability or health condition perform their role to their full potential and experience an accessible, equitable and inclusive workplace environment. You will provide guidance and support to line managers, business partners and teams in effective management and administration of a broad range of workplace adjustments for specific purposes, short- and long-term requirements.
About you
You bring demonstrated experience in disability inclusion and accessibility and the range and scope of workplace adjustments appropriate to a workplace setting. You can apply awareness and understanding to improve workplace experiences of people with disability and their diverse needs. You will have proven experience developing and implementing administration processes and resources to support positive organisational outcomes.
To be successful in this role, you may hold a Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline such as Disability or have equivalent skills, knowledge and experience gained through your professional career.
