We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and ensure our shopping centre remains spotless, safe, and welcoming for all visitors.

Supervise and support a small team of cleaners

Effective task scheduling to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met.

Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.

Assigning duties, conducting spot checks, and ensuring task completion.

Supporting staff with guidance and mentorship.
-
Oversee and participate in daily cleaning operations within the store.

Meet rotations and KPI's for our client site.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure all tools are in good working condition.

Respond to client requests and feedback

Maintain Rosters and provide shift coverage when required

Recruit and onboard new team members

Taking immediate and appropriate action during accidents or hazards.

Strong cleaning experience is required, retail experience preferred.
- Experience in supervising and managing a team

Excellent communication skills (oral and written)

Good organizational and time-management skills.

Good client management skills.

Ability to train and mentor staff effectively.

Knowledge and experience of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures.

Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.

Basic computer and phone application knowledge.

Ability to verify certain requirements.

Knowledge of TBT training, roster management, stock ordering.
You must have valid work rights in Australia.
