The Role - Making Every Journey Count

Come drive with us! Ventura is recruiting for Full Time Drivers to join our Lilydale Depot!
At Ventura, our bus drivers play an essential role in keeping communities connected. Every day is different our bus drivers deliver a various services including route service, school runs, night network, charter runs and special events.

If you enjoy driving, value great customer service, and want to make a positive impact in your local community this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster which runs from Monday - Saturday, including early morning and late night shifts.

What We Offer

Two salary increases annually

Training and development including extensive driver training

Stable, full time employment in a secure industry

What We Are Looking For

A current Victorian MR licence or higher
Heavy vehicle driving experience (preferred but not essential)
A strong customer focus and willingness to assist passengers
A demonstrated safe driving record
A high regard for safety, road rules, and regulations
The ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances, including Driver’s Accreditation (DC) and a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
