- Band 4: $36,099 per annum (pro rata) + 12% superannuation
- Based at our Leongatha head office with field attendance required
Would you like to play a key support role in delivering essential health services to the South Gippsland Community? The Immunisation Administration Officer position could be the ideal next step for you.
Providing high-quality administrative, organisation, customer service and data management support to deliver Council’s Immunisation Programyou’ll help ensure smooth program delivery through an organised approach and high attention for detail.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide frontline customer service and administrative support for Immunisation Program enquiries and activities.
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of office-based and offsite immunisation sessions.
- Maintain accurate client records, data management systems, and reporting in line with privacy and legislative requirements.
- Support the provision of immunisation information, education, and program promotion to the community.
- Provide operational, project, and program support to the Coordinator Children & Family Services and Lead Nurse Immuniser.
To be successful, you will ideally have:
- Completion of Year 12 or experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Well developed interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams, and the ability to learn new systems quickly.A professional and customer focused approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
