Salary: $93,249 per annum plus Super and Benefits (pro rata, 0.66 FTE).

Currently, we have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven professional to join the Non-Standard Water Services (NSWS) Team as a Policy & Compliance - Officer.

About the role:

The NSWS team is responsible for all non-standard services and farmland compliance and billing functions and providing a high level of service and specialist advice to our customers.

No NSWS/Farmlands experience is necessary, as you will receive all the required training and support on the technical knowledge!

What you can expect with this role

The opportunity to work in a diverse team with a variety of challenging work activities and providing support to the Non-Standard Water Service program.
Manage customer communications during change of ownership processes and handling customer interactions and administrative steps.
Provide advice to internal and external customers, regarding the provision of non-standard services.
Ensure all customer inquiries and NSWS processes are in accordance with legislation and Water Corporation policy, standards, and guidelines.
Participate in initiatives that optimise the internal processes and improve our level of service and customer experience.
Support the delivery of NSWS and Farmlands process improvements and governing documentation.

Your skills and experience

Demonstrated experience in customer engagement, communication, and administrative processes.
Confidence using software systems (CRMs, databases, email platforms).
Demonstrated knowledge and skills to in record keeping and administrative processing to ensure data integrity and billing accuracy.
Capability in conducting basic technical investigations (e.g. process issues, system errors, customer inquiries) and follow through with appropriate resolutions.
A logical, curious mindset and willingness to investigate root causes with relevant experience participating in process improvements.
The ability to analyse, comprehend and interpret complex data.
