Join our Transition to Professional Practice Program (TPPP) and build confidence in a unique correctional health environment. This is a structured pathway designed to support and grow you into a capable Registered Nurse.

What You’ll Experience

Exposure to primary care, mental health & emergency response
Development of key clinical skills including wound care & cannulation
Ongoing mentorship and support from experienced clinicians
Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Not Your Typical Nursing Role
This isn’t a standard ward-based position. You’ll gain broader clinical exposure, build skills faster, and care for a unique and underserved population—making a real impact every day

About the Role
