As a Maintenance Planner, you will play a pivotal role in:
Planning and coordinating preventative and reactive maintenance.
Managing stakeholder expectations through providing regular updates.
Verifying completed tasks are compliant and to standard.
Carrying out machine downtime and cost analyses utilizing the Pareto Diagram.
Managing the maintenance KPI regarding availability, planning and costs.
Developing the maintenance strategy for each asset according to criticality.
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a strong drive for operational excellence.
You should have:
The ability to work professionally and effectively within a team environment.
Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge in maintenance KPI`s.
Experience in RCA method.
The ability to work under pressure.
The ability to multi-task.
Strong attention to detail.
