What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our Manufacturing team, you will play a key role in producing high-quality products while ensuring safe and efficient factory operations. You’ll contribute to achieving production targets, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a collaborative team environment on site.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to the safe and efficient completion of production schedules
Operate production equipment and forklifts safely, including conducting routine safety checks
Carry out appropriate checks to ensure equipment is in robust condition and lost time is minimised
Accurately record all activity and ensure all forms, documents and QA are up to date
Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and QA

What We’re Looking for

Strong commitment to safety, quality and following procedures
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
High attention to detail, particularly with quality checks and documentation
Demonstrated ability to multitask and problem solve
Reliable, dependable and proactive approach to work
Flexibility to work shifts and overtime as required
Previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment (desired but not essential)
Forklift license (or willingness to obtain)

Whilst previous experience in a manufacturing or a production environment is desired, we are open to developing someone who is looking to start their career in manufacturing.

Working hours from Monday to Friday are 6.45am to 2.30pm on day shift or 1.30pm to 9.15pm afternoon shift.
