JOB DESCRIPTION

Le Nails and Beauty Darwin- Rainbow Nails and Beauty Pty Ltd, we are one of the best nail salons in Northern Territory, is looking for experienced Beauty Therapists to join the team immediately. If you have the skills, passion, and dedication to deliver exceptional services, we’d love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional, professional customer service at all times. Providing high-quality manicures and pedicures, which includes removing old nail polish from fingernails and toenails, cleaning nails, shaping the ends of nails, pushing back cuticles, and applying new polish based on clients’ preferences.

Applying artificial nails. Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients. Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments.

Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use. Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly. Ensuring that nail and massage supplies are adequately stocked.

Show enthusiasm for our customer journey with personalised recommendations. Support our client base with re-bookings. Function well in a team environment.

Assist with end of day cleaning of treatment rooms and salon. Waxing skills and facial care. Essential Skills and Experience:

Certificate III in Nail Therapy/ Diploma of Beauty Therapy with minimum at least 1-2 years full time experience Have a passion for all things about ingredients, treatments and products Strong retail skills – ability to hit KPI’S

Self-motivated team player with a great attitude to work and life Be passionate about the industry and the services we provide Nail art skills are required, and we would need samples of your work

Benefits: Full-time permanent contract Minimum salary from $79850- $80,000 and superanuation + commission
