Full Job Description

FIT Health Clubs is looking for an experienced HIIT Coach to join our Lane Cove team.

At FIT Lane Cove, our HIIT offering includes two purpose-built studios: StudioONE, our functional strength and conditioning studio, and RUN Athletic, our treadmill and strength interval studio.

This role is suited to a confident, professional coach who can lead high-energy group training sessions while maintaining strong technical standards, clear communication and genuine connection with members.

As a FIT HIIT Coach, you will do more than run a class. You will be responsible for delivering a consistent, engaging and well-presented member experience across every session.

What you’ll do

Lead engaging HIIT sessions across both StudioONE and RUN Athletic
Coach large groups with confidence, clarity and energy
Provide individual attention where required to support technique, safety and member outcomes
Deliver sessions in line with FIT’s HIIT standards and non-negotiables
Build strong member connection and drive class participation
Maintain a clean, polished and well-presented studio environment
Support class cover where required
Take part in ongoing training and development with the FIT team
Contribute positively to a professional and high-performing instructor team

What we’re looking for

Certificate III and IV in Fitness or Personal Training
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Minimum 2 years’ experience coaching HIIT, functional fitness or group training
Proven ability to lead group sessions with confidence and control
Strong communication and coaching skills
Professional presentation and a high level of personal accountability
A genuine focus on member experience, safety and training standards
Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends

All HIIT Coaches must be available for at least one evening block of classes per week, plus be able to go on a weekend rotation.
