What We’re Looking For:

We value passion and potential just as much as experience. We’re seeking someone who is:

Enthusiastic about working with children
Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn
Support the Coordinator with day-to-day admin tasks
Great at building relationships with the OOSHIES their families and the team
Committed to children’s safety and wellbeing
Help deliver a safe, inclusive, and high-quality program
A strong communicator with a team-first attitude
Holding a current WWCC
Child Protection training (or willing to obtain)
First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
Someone with drive, passion and initiative and willing to step up when needed
Hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher); OR
Be actively working towards an Early Childhood Teaching (ECT) qualification and have completed at least 50% of the course.
