Physiotherapist Position: CAVES COASTAL PHYSIOTHERAPY | Caves Beach NSW
Caves Coastal Physiotherapy is looking for a friendly, genuine and confident physiotherapist to join our growing coastal clinic team in the beautiful Caves Beach in Lake Macquarie!
We are a relaxed, community-focused clinic that values quality patient care, honest communication and work-life balance over rushed appointments and KPI pressure.
This role would suit a physiotherapist with at least 1 year of experience who enjoys building strong rapport with patients and wants to work in a supportive, down-to-earth environment.
About the Role:
- Musculoskeletal, clinical, sports and/or women’s health caseload
- 45-minute appointment times focused on quality care.
- Caseload: We service the local Eastlakes area which presents a varied caseload - MSK predominance, acute/chronic sporting injuries, post op rehab, women's health, workers compensation, NDIS, occasionally aged care home visit patients.
- Flexible working arrangements with autonomy over your schedule
- Flexible days and hours negotiated around lifestyle and family commitments (part-time or full time)
- Private soundproof treatment room provided
- Treatment bed, desk and clinic resources supplied
- Gym and exercise space also available for use for patient rehabilitation
- Cliniko software system
- Opportunity to build and grow your own niche interests including women’s health, Pilates, paediatrics, sports physiotherapy or other areas of passion.

IMPORTANT: Renumeration Structure - This position is offered as an independent subcontractor/sole trader arrangement within our physiotherapy clinic. Physiotherapists will operate under an agreed percentage-based service fee split for patients and clients treated. Renumeration and percentage split will be discussed and agreed upon individually, determined by experience level, clinical background, professional titling and overall contribution to the clinic.
This is not a high-pressure KPI clinic. We care more about delivering quality physiotherapy and creating an enjoyable environment for both patients and practitioners.
