Full Job Description

I'm looking for another physiotherapist to join me at Alara Women's Health in Tuggerah as my practice continues to grow.

I have an established women's health and musculoskeletal caseload and am looking for the right person to gradually build their own caseload within the clinic. Initially, I'm looking at 1–3 days per week, with the opportunity to increase hours as the caseload grows.

This role could suit an early-career physiotherapist or an experienced physio looking to develop their skills in women's health. Previous women's health experience is valued but not essential. I'm more interested in finding someone who is genuinely interested in women's health, exercise and rehabilitation and is keen to learn.

About the role

You would work alongside me within the multidisciplinary team at Alara Women's Health, with opportunities to develop experience across:

Women's health, pregnancy and postnatal physiotherapy
Pelvic health and pelvic floor rehabilitation
Musculoskeletal physiotherapy
Exercise rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates
Return to strength and exercise
Individual and group-based programs

There is scope to develop the role around your interests and experience as the practice grows.

About you

I'm looking for someone who is:

AHPRA registered and eligible to work in Australia
Interested in women's health, exercise and rehabilitation
Curious, willing to learn and open to mentoring
A good communicator who enjoys building relationships with patients
Comfortable working independently while being part of a small team

You don't need to have extensive women's health experience. If you're an early-career physio with a genuine interest in this area, I'd love to hear from you.

About me

I'm Angela, a physiotherapist with 14+ years of experience, with a focus on women's health and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. My caseload at Alara Women's Health has grown over the past few years and am looking to bring another physiotherapist into the clinic.

I enjoy teaching and mentoring and would love to find someone who is keen to develop their clinical skills alongside me.

Salary: $40–$60 per hour + super, depending on experience.
