We're looking for a friendly, reliable Cleaner to join our team and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment in Gatton, QLD. If you take pride in your work and enjoy making a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you!

Position

Permanent Part-time Cleaner

? Hours: Every Thursday | 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

? Start Date: Thursday, 16 July 2026

What you'll be cleaning

Classrooms and office spaces
Staff rooms and kitchen areas
Amenities and bathrooms
Hallways, entryways and common areas
Outdoor areas as required

Your daily duties may include

Vacuuming, mopping and dusting
Cleaning amenities and shared spaces
Removing rubbish and restocking consumables
Sanitising high-touch surfaces
Maintaining high cleaning standards across the site

Requirements

Requirements:

✔ Available to work 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM every Thursday

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, client-focused approach

✔ Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) and Police Check, or willingness to obtain both before commencement

✔ Previous experience in commercial and school cleaning, with knowledge of periodical cleaning tasks such as carpet cleaning, window cleaning, and operating scrubber machines (preferred)

✔ Available to work at least one week during each school holiday period, with flexibility to work additional days if required

✔ Reliable, adaptable, and enjoys working in a dynamic environment, including responding to occasional cleaning emergency call-outs

✔ Able to work both independently and as part of a supportive team while maintaining high cleaning standards
