Make a Difference Every Day – Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse

Location: Tabeel Aged Care, Laidley
Remuneration: $49.95 - $60.53/hr (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Staff discounts (Salary based on Statement of Service)
Employment Type: Casual - Availability to work AM, PM and night duty shifts across Monday to Sunday

Your Role:

We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Tabeel Aged Care. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ lives while providing high-quality, person-centred care in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Deliver and oversee clinical care tailored to individual resident needs
Complete assessments, create and evaluate care plans, and maintain accurate documentation
Respond to health emergencies, identify acute deterioration, and manage complex care needs including dementia, wound care, palliative care, and infection prevention
Administer medications and ensure compliance with quality standards
Lead and support Enrolled Nurses, Personal Carers, and other staff to deliver safe, compassionate care

About You:

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated clinical experience, ideally within aged care
Strong knowledge of clinical care standards and best practice
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to person-centred care and continuous improvement
Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or eligibility to obtain)
Your own vehicle (limited public transport access)
