Boning Room Supervisor (AM Shift)
Offal Room Supervisor (PM Shift)
Oversee and manage the production process in our Boning Room and Offal Room, ensuring customer specifications are met, whilst safely leading production staff to achieve optimum yields, cost & productivity effectiveness.
Location: Kyneton, Victoria
ABOUT YOU
- Production management experience, preferably supported by previous hands-on floor level experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge and leadership of OHS requirements, HACCAP and QA procedures
- Solutions focus and consistent ability to follow through
- Resource coordination that is flexible and efficient to deliver production requirements
- An ability to develop and drive a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to communication with all stakeholders
- Highly developed and effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong sense of accountability and responsibility as well as a commitment to company values and the organization
- High motivation and enthusiasm
- Attention to detail, initiative and time management skills
