Customer Service Representative - Hiring Now!

We are looking for someone who can work flexible hours across a rotating roster. Our business operates from 5.00am until 10.00pm, seven days a week, so the successful applicant will need to be available to work a combination of early morning, daytime and afternoon/evening shifts. The role also requires the ability to work independently at times and the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required.

What is the role?

We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business – as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:

Serving customers with a positive can-do attitude
Making barista coffee
Preparing our quality food products for sale
Ensuring out store is clean and presentable
Other duties as instructed by management

Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
