Our integrated mining and refining operation in Western Australia will produce 50,000 tonnes of battery-grade lithium hydroxide annually, supporting electric vehicles, energy storage systems, and strengthening Australia’s critical minerals supply chain.
Following the successful transition from construction and commissioning across our mine at Mt Holland and Kwinana Refinery, we are establishing a talent pool for emerging opportunities across facilities, site administration, mobilisation and document control to support the continued growth and success of our fully integrated mine to refinery operations.
The Roles
We are on the lookout for experienced candidates in Administration, site administration/mobilisation, facilities administration and document control.
Depending on the role, you may support activities such as:
- Coordinating site access, mobilisation, travel, accommodation and onboarding activities.
- Maintaining accurate records, controlled documents, registers and business-critical information.
- Providing facilities, office and operational administration support across site or corporate teams.
- Supporting leaders and teams with scheduling, reporting, procurement, data entry and general administration.
- Helping improve processes, strengthen governance and create a positive experience for employees, contractors and stakeholders.
- Supporting compliance, governance and audit requirements by maintaining accurate records and following established processes.
- Liaising with employees, contractors, vendors and stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve day-to-day enquiries
Various opportunities are immediately available across our operations at our Perth Office, Kwinana Refinery, or FIFO based at Mt Holland.
Suitable candidates will be considered in a talent pool for current and future opportunities arising over the next 6 months.
A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills and qualifications will be considered for successful candidates.
We offer family friendly 8/6 rosters for FIFO to Mt Holland, along with competitive roster and site allowances. We actively promote flexibility and working from home opportunities subject to individual and operational requirements.
About you
- You will bring strong administration capability, attention to detail, and a practical solutions focused approach.
- Organised, dependable and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Effective problem solver in resolving day to day administration challenges in a solutions focused way
- You enjoy building positive working relationships and providing excellent customer service to employees, contractors, leaders and stakeholders
Your skills and experience
- At least 2-3 relevant experience in an administration role. You may have experience in mining, resources, construction, manufacturing, processing, project environments or other fast paced operational backgrounds.Experience in mobilisation, site or facilities administration or other fast-paced administration environments will be highly regarded.
- Clear communicator who is able to deal effectively, professionally and confidently with employees, leaders, contractors and stakeholders.
- A high level of personal initiative, confidentiality and professionalism. You take ownership of tasks and look for practical ways to improve processes and outcomes.
- Proficient in using office and purchasing systems and software with the ability to learn new systems as required. Experience and proficiency with INX, SAP and M-Files will be highly regarded.
