Full Job Description

Renovision Masonry is currently seeking experienced bricklayers to join our growing team, working across various construction sites in Sydney NSW.

We specialise in high-end luxury homes and large-scale commercial projects. At Renovision, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly, easy-going work environment with a strong team culture.

We believe hard work should be rewarded. Pay rates are negotiated individually based on experience, work ethic, reliability, and performance. We also understand personal circumstances and offer flexibility with working hours where possible.

Responsibilities

Lay bricks and blocks according to design specifications
Spread mortar between joints and remove excess mortar neatly
Use hand tools, power tools, and brick-cutting machines safely and effectively
Cut and shape materials as required for the project
Construct arches and ornamental brickwork
Ensure proper vertical and horizontal alignment throughout construction

Experience & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years’ experience in brick and block work
Ability to work full-time
Strong communication skills
Valid Construction White Card
Own tools, vehicle, and PPE required
