We are currently seeking a motivated skilled labourer to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will assist with the preparation and finishing of master moulds, ensuring products are completed to a high standard and ready for shipment.
Assist with the preparation and setup of master moulds and formwork.
Apply release agents and prepare moulds as directed.
Calculate batch quantities and assist with mixing two-part urethane and fillers.
Strip, trim, detail and finish liners to quality specifications.
Prepare finished products for shipment, including packaging and strapping.
Maintain accurate identification and storage of master moulds and materials.
Assist with loading, unloading and safe storage of materials.
Keep work areas, tools and equipment clean and organised.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Supervisor.
Provide professional and courteous support to customers when assisting with repairs or site work.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements at all times.
You are a practical, safety-conscious individual who enjoys working with your hands and producing quality work. You can work independently once trained, while also contributing positively to a small, supportive team.
Experience in a manufacturing, construction or trade-related environment.
Ability to work from drawings and layouts, including interpreting 3D shapes and mirror images.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work to deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Sound understanding of workplace health and safety practices.
Strong organisational skills and a positive, professional attitude.
