About Ventura

About the Role

We are looking for passionate, customer- focused Full Time Bus Drivers to join our Croydon & Knox Depots.

At Ventura our bus drivers play an essential role in keeping our communities connected. Every day is different our bus drivers deliver a various services including route service, school runs, night network, charter runs and special events.

If you enjoy driving, value great customer service, and want to make a positive impact in your local community this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Applicants must be willing and flexible to work a rotating roster which runs from Monday - Sunday, including early morning, late night shifts and a split shift roster. (Rosters varies depending on depot location).

What you need:

MR licence or higher
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Customer focused individuals with the desire to provide assistance when required
Heavy vehicle driving experience (desirable)
A high regard for safety, road rules and regulations
Ability to obtain relevant medical and background clearances including Drivers Accreditation (DC) and Working With Children’s Card (WWCC)
