Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Diploma Permanent Educator to join our team in supporting the planning, implementing, and evaluating programs, for our children.

Our 86-place, single-level centre has been open for 4 years, offering a calm, connected environment across all rooms, with multi-age yards and our very own Bush Kinder in the backyard - creating daily opportunities for children to explore and learn through nature.
With a Centre Manager who has been there since opening and a team who’ve grown together over the years, you’ll feel genuinely supported. Programming is a shared approach, giving every educator a voice in planning and documenting meaningful learning.

⭐ About the role
This is a Permanent part-time opportunity across 5 days, Monday to Friday .
As our new Childcare Permanent Educator, you will be responsible for the development and fostering of meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the community. You will support and guide children’s learning, while developing your own career and knowledge within the childcare sector.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children
Assisting in the observation and evaluation of children's individual strengths, interests and preferences
Design and implement activities to be included in children's developmental program.
Be part of a collaborative teaching and interactive learning environment
About you
You are a creative and inspired early childhood educator with a passion to lead and develop age specific programs and daily routines. You will be a collaborative member of the team, working to build strong relationships with Educators, children, and families.
Key skills and requirements:
An ACECQA recognised Diploma or higher
Experience leading and developing age specific programs and routines
Current Working with Children Check
Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid Certificates
