Chameleon Housing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Treasurer to join our volunteer Board of Management. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in guiding the financial sustainability and strategic direction of a dynamic organisation that provides safe housing and support to young people and young families experiencing homelessness.
As Treasurer, you’ll be responsible for overseeing financial governance, ensuring accurate reporting, and supporting the organisation in making sound financial decisions that enable us to continue delivering vital services in our community.

Must-Haves:
Strong financial management skills, ideally with qualifications or experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance
A commitment to good governance and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Capacity to attend regular Board meetings (monthly) and participate in strategic discussions
A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check) or ability to obtain one
