Join the Team at Whole Yards – Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane!

Whole Yards, a vibrant landscaping and gardening company based in Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane, is looking for an organized and efficient Scheduling guru with strong administrative skills. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in managing work schedules and various administrative tasks, we want to hear from you!

Location: Seventeen Mile Rocks, Brisbane, Australia
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday – No Weekends!

Key Responsibilities:
Organize Work Schedules: Coordinate employee schedules and liaise with customers to ensure efficient resource allocation and high client satisfaction.

Manage Communications: Handle incoming calls and route them appropriately.
Schedule Meetings and Events: Arrange meetings, events, and other company activities.
Purchasing: Sourcing and purchasing of materials required for garden/landscaping projects.
Perform Ad Hoc Duties: Assist with additional tasks as required by the department manager.

Qualifications:
Administrative Experience: Proven track record in an administrative role, particularly in scheduling and calendar management.

Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and organisational prowess.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Technical Competency: Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite; familiarity with or ability to quickly learn ServiceM8 and other relevant software.
Multitasking Ability: Capable of managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Positive Attitude: A proactive approach and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
