Westlink Realty Group is expanding into the exciting world of brand-new and off-the-plan property projects with major developers across Sydney.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our growing team in an entry-level Lead Generation role.
Worried About Your English? Don’t Be.
No real estate experience is required — full training and mentorship will be provided.
This role is ideal for someone confident communicating with multicultural and Chinese-speaking communities. Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded.
Your primary focus is engaging with Chinese-speaking buyers and investors. Perfect English is not required to succeed in this role.
No Selling Required.
Your role is simply to generate interest, engage with potential buyers, and book appointments. Our experienced sales team handles all negotiations and contract closings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using social media platforms such as WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram to generate interest in brand-new property developments
- Engaging with potential buyers and investors
- Generating and following up buyer enquiries
- Booking appointments and passing qualified leads to our sales team
- Learning the fundamentals of real estate and lead generation

About You
- Strong communication skills
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Comfortable using social media and speaking with people
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills highly regarded
- Interest in property, marketing or content creation is a bonus
