Care Park Group is currently recruiting for a Field Service & Parol Officer to join the team in Launceston. The primary duties of the role will include (but not limited to):

· Proactively maintain the performance of our parking equipment in accordance with Standard

· Operating Procedures, Industry Standards & Company Policies

· Undertake reactive and preventative maintenance programs

· Observe & monitor equipment function proactively

· Assist with equipment installations and preparation of maintenance schedules

· Provide regular, accurate & timely equipment repairs and maintenance

· Undertake preventative, routine & fault related maintenance as required

· Maintain an inventory of tools, parts and any required equipment provided by the company

· Participate in all necessary training to comply with manufacturers specifications

· Ensure understanding & compliance with Company procedures

· Present yourself in a professional manner and in full uniform at all times

· Maintain allocated tools, equipment & vehicle to a very high standard

· Maintain OHS practices & methods & report any hazards or issues promptly & with accurate information

· Provide recommendations on any potential OHS risks and exposure

· Provide regular and accurate reporting as required by the company

· Patrolling of various car parks and issue of Payment Notices for Non Compliance of Parking Conditions

· Maintaining a safe, clean and hazard free environment including cleaning of Car Parks Enforce parking in line with the relevant Road Rule Legislation

· Assist members of the public with any queries regarding machine use and parking conditions by delivering exceptional customer service

· Maintain assigned equipment and supplies such as but not limited to PDA's, Infringment Printer, PPE and Patrol Vehicle

What you'll need to succeed

· Must have Open Australian Drivers Licence with a good driving record.

· Energetic, proactive, and confident with high reliability and punctuality

· Strong attention to detail

· Ability to work autonomously

· A desire and willingness to develop a long-term career

· Strong computer skills and literacy

· Well-spoken with clear communication skills and the ability to relate to people from all backgrounds

· Professional personal presentation

· A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office

· Desire to continuously learn and refine skills and train others
