What Your Day Looks Like as Our Dental Receptionist

Patient Experience

You will be the warm, welcoming first point of contact for our patients, in person and on the phone
You will manage appointment bookings, recalls and the day-to-day flow of our schedule using our practice software

Practice Coordination

You will support smooth communication between patients and the clinical team
You will assist with billing, health fund claims and general practice administration
You will take pride in creating a calm, organised and genuinely welcoming front-of-house environment

About You

We Need you to…

Have excellent phone manners and face-to-face communication skills
Be comfortable and confident using computers and practice management software (training provided)
Be a genuinely warm personality, who enjoys connecting with people and making them feel at ease
Be reliable, organised and able to juggle a few things at once with a smile
Have a positive, can-do attitude that the whole team feeds off

Experienced in reception, customer service or a similarly people-facing role
A natural people-person, warm and easy to talk to
Calm under pressure, with an eye for detail
Tech-savvy and quick to pick up new systems
