HVAC Sales & Project Manager
Willira Heating, Cooling & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Sales & Project Manager to join our growing team as we expand into a new office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HVAC sales enquiries, attending site inspections, preparing quotations, coordinating installation works, and managing projects from initial enquiry through to completion.
This role is suited to someone with strong knowledge of heating, cooling, air conditioning, and mechanical services who can confidently deal with homeowners, builders, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members.
Key responsibilities include attending customer and builder meetings, assessing site requirements, preparing accurate quotations, reading plans and specifications, managing project timelines, coordinating materials and installation teams, handling variations, and ensuring each project is delivered professionally and to a high standard.
The role will involve quoting and managing a range of HVAC projects, including ducted reverse cycle systems, split systems, multi-head systems, VRV/VRF systems, evaporative cooling, gas heating, ventilation, and general mechanical services.
The ideal applicant will have previous experience in HVAC sales, estimating, project management, or a similar role. A trade background in air conditioning, refrigeration, plumbing, or electrical will be highly regarded.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, good organisation, customer service, and the ability to manage multiple jobs at once are essential.

Pay: $100,000.00 – $182,310.83 per year
