This role is suited to experienced aged care RNs who are confident working independently, managing clinical responsibilities and supporting resident safety within Residential Aged Care environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Medication administration and clinical documentation
- Resident assessments and care planning
- Responding to clinical concerns and incidents
- Leadership and support of care staff on shift
- Safe manual handling and resident care support
- Delivering safe, professional and compassionate nursing care
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing qualification
- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months since initial AHPRA registration
- Minimum 12 months RN experience within a Residential Aged Care facility
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Police Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Experience with manual handling within Residential Aged Care environments
- Ability to confidently work independently on shift
- Strong communication and reliability
- Ability to confidently use smartphone apps and follow digital instructions
- Valid Australian work rights

Pay: From $60+ per hour
