Leading Hand Carpenter / All-Rounder – Architectural Building & Renovations

What we’re looking for:
- Strong all-round building knowledge across residential construction
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand or senior carpenter
- Ability to run jobs efficiently and keep projects moving
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Own reliable vehicle
- Own tools
- White Card
- Strong eye for detail and high-quality finishes
- Problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and interpret plans
- Reliable, motivated, and takes ownership
Your role will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day site operations
- Maintaining quality control
- Assisting with hands-on carpentry and construction
- Upholding site safety standards
- Leading a crew
- Communicating site progress with management
