Patterson Cheney is a leading automotive group with a strong reputation for quality, teamwork and long-term careers. We are currently seeking an experienced Panel Beater to join our busy, well-equipped smash repair facility.
About the Role
This is a hands-on role suited to a skilled tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and efficiency. You’ll be working on a variety of vehicles, repairing and restoring them to manufacturer and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality panel repairs on a range of vehicles
- Assess vehicle damage and determine repair methods
- Use panel beating tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Work closely with painters and estimators to meet repair timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop
About You:
- Qualified Panel Beater with relevant trade certification
- Previous experience in a smash repair or body shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
