Mad Mex Parkmore is seeking a high-energy Restaurant Manager to lead our team in providing authentic Mexican flavours. This full-time position is perfect for a hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, ensuring our "Por El Sabor" culture is alive in everything we do.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations at our Parkmore location.
Drive sales performance and meet operational targets through effective management.
Build and lead a high-energy team culture aligned with "Por El Sabor" values.
Deliver great customer experiences and maintain high service standards.
Coach and develop team members to ensure continuous improvement and growth.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience in hospitality or fast-paced retail environments.
Strong people management skills with a focus on team development.
A results-driven mindset with a hands-on, positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Spanish is considered a desirable asset but is not required.
